MDA Bus Station in Nowy Sącz is located at Plac gen. Henryka Dąbrowskiego 2, about 15 minutes walk to the Market Square.
There are two ticket offices in the main building of the station.
The ticket offices sales tickets for domestic and international destinations from the bus stations in both Nowy Sącz and Cracow.
Passengers who purchase tickets at the ticket office are guaranteed a seat on the bus.
Tickets are sold no later than 15 minutes before the departure of the bus.

The search engine will help you plan your journey in detail by providing the time and route of your trip and the price and availability of tickets currently on sale at MDA ticket offices. PKS.pl is also an online sales platform, enabling the quick and efficient purchase of tickets for selected connections.
W celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa osobom korzystającym z usług dworca na terenie obiektu działa całodobowy monitoring. Dodatkowo bezpieczeństwa Pasażerów pilnują służby ochrony dworca.
W budynku dworca znajduje się defibrylator AED – urządzenie do udzielania pierwszej pomocy.
Na terenie dworca zainstalowane są ogólnodostępne dozowniki z płynem do dezynfekcji rąk.
The MDA bus station in Nowy Sącz has 15 stands.

There is a children’s corner in the station building. It is equipped with colourful chairs, tables, books and toys, a place where toddlers can safely spend time under the supervision of their parents.
Information: during the pandemic, the children’s corner has been closed until further notice.

The nearest ATM’s are located at ul. Staszica and at Wolności Avenue.
The entrance to the building is conveniently accessible from the station’s platform. The station employees also offer their help in moving around the facility.
